Spring is here!Today was the first day my tortoises got to go outside and enjoy the weather so here is Taz in all his glory.  I was told my page for my heated outdoor house is missing. I will create that soon, along with more about my tortoise and excelent growth they put on this winter with the Zoomed Grassland Tortoise Diet. |

Site is still alive, I appoligize for the lack of updates. But not much changes in the lives of my tortoises from year to year. However much changes in my life, from a new son to having to find a new winter home for my tortoise. Don't take the lack of new content as this being a dead site, just lack of time and lack of anything new in the tortoise world. |

Sick TortoiseDon't know how many times I've heard, I think my tortoise is sick. If you think your tortoise is sick get it to the vet right away!!! Tortoises are very fragile especially juveniles when it comes to sickness. Below is a link of vets specializing in reptiles and exotic. Use them as a guide, but find a qualified vet that knows the difference between a Sulcata and a Leopard Tortoise. Or Reptile Vet Directory (New Link) |
